Alana De La Garza, a stunning actress who has left a mark on the television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas where she began pursuing an athletic therapy profession in the University of Texas. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for long. She soon moved into Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of parts as an actor, including independent local films and commercials. Despite the small parts she quickly discovered her passion to act. After 2001, she relocated to New York where her first appearance was on the All My Kids' daytime soap-opera as Rosa Santos. She had minor roles on JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. She was cast in her first big role in 2004's short film The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano as well as some of the greatest TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi as well as Mitch Pilegge. Her role on the show was in 2006 when she was A.D.A. on Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. The character from her Law & Order: LA spinoff was short lived. This particular character earned De La Garza numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress - Television through the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. She was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on dramatized television shows from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring part in CSI Miami. Her role was Marisol Delko, the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. Her most current TV work was in NBC's dark dramatic Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano's show was pulled by NBC in the first two episodes. Milano. The actress is Italian and is the younger sibling of Cory. She was brought up in an orthodox, religious family. Milano started her acting career when she was seven years old. Babysitters would take her along for an audition. Milano was one of the four girls selected from among thousands of hopefuls. Milano appeared in commercials for television and off-Broadway shows including the first American musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
